T.O.E. Jam is another flavorful tomato-based jam. Tomatoes, red and green, tomatillos, and eggplants that are slow-roasted in the oven with a spice mix of curry, coriander, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and parmesan cheese. All the produce is organically grown in our raised bed on the farm. This tomato jam is creamy and Middle Eastern spice profile.
Ingredients: Tomatoes, tomatillos, onions, garlic, eggplant, vinegar, curry, red pepper flakes, coriander, chili powder, salt. and spices. All our products are made in a kitchen that uses nuts, eggs, dairy, and wheat.
