Our vinegars are combination of pureed fruit and or vegetables aged for over 9 months to develope that tang one would expect from a vinegar. These vinegar are raw and live, meaning that they have not been pasteurized, and contain a mother.

The vinegars can be tangy, fruity, having a good balance without being overly sweet.
