EBMY Farm produces several kinds of salsa, fresh garden salsa, Mango, Pineapple, Strawberry, cherry, peach and Black Bean and Corn We also produce a line of chutney, tomato- pepper, mango, pineapple, strawberry, blueberry, cherry, fall harvest (pear based). We currently make a spicy jalapeño jam, a selection of seasonal jams and jellies like our Strawberry Watermelon, Peony jelly, Garlic scape jam, Lemon honey lavender and Raspberry Lemonade. Some of our unique savory jellies are Apple garlic rosemary jelly, lemon apple dill jelly, Mango Jalapeño , Strawberry Serrano pepper and Pineapple pepper jelly. We also produce a line of smooth and creamy butters ( jam without fruit pieces), Grape butter, Hawaiian butter, Vanilla Peach butter and Apple butter.
Our farm has many groups of hard working girls. Our ducks, chickens and geese produce fresh organically grown eggs on a daily basis. The bee are very busy pollenating the fruit orchard, the vegetable garden, the concord grape vine and in return we have planted all kinds of wild flowers and lavender.
From May to September you can find EBMY Farm and all our products at the local Marshall Farmer’s market on Saturdays. Our farm store located on the farmhouse side and Is currently open Thursday and Fridays from 10-5. The shop will have all our canned jellies, jams, salsas, plus fresh veggies, eggs cut flowers and sweet treats when available. We do ship, you can email us and we can send you a postal quote to ship any of our product and we can send you a bill through PayPal.
Attached to the farm store will be Duck-a_Roo studio, opening next spring. The studio will offer classes in several different medium. The length and times of classes will vary, so a sign up sheet will be posted once renovations are completed.
